Fall Fling

Soaring Spirits is excited to be hosting our 2nd Annual Fall Fling fundraiser!
Because we love our horses and how they make us feel, we want to increase awareness of Soaring Spirits and what we can offer our community. In doing so, we want everyone to have a fun day filled with horseback riding activities for the experienced as well as the “newbies” – a Scrabble Ride, pony rides, and a petting zoo! We’ll have some games, some great chow, and mingling with fellow horse-lovers.
Come on out and join us for a full day of fun!
Activities for the day:
9:00 am – Scrabble Ride. What a fun way to get out and R-I-D-E!! $20 registration fee (includes 1 set of 5 letters) and negative Coggins required. The winner will be whoever has the word worth the most value. To see the rules and get your registration forms, click here. You can also pay via PayPal. For planning purposes, we would like to have riders register ahead of time. Check-in begins at 8:00 am Saturday morning with the first group leaving at 9:00 am!
Noon – Chow Time: Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and soft drinks will be available.
Noon – 4:00 – Pony rides, petting zoo, home baked goods, and games that everyone can participate in! Bowdon Animal Hospital will be on site to provide reduced rabies shots, Coggins and equine vaccines.
All activities are open to the public. We’d love to have you come out and enjoy!!
Want to campout with us? Join us on Friday, October 28th! Campers and tents welcome. Primitive facilities. If you want to join us, please email us and let us know!! There is no charge to campout.
